LMS Duct Manufacturing Auto Line VII

The automatic duct manufacturingauto super line VII is a new type of automatic processing line of duct forming developed by LMS. It has many functions. It can open and stock the long plates. It can directly finish flat type, L type right angle and combined angle pressing. The common plate is automatically finished by flange, C flange or angle flange. Ii is the complete line with good performance and high degree of automation, all production running speeds of up to 15m/min. The production efficiency is significantly higher than other similar devices, from decoiler to the end, TDF flange, flange angle (or bone C flange bending) to achieve full automation.

    Coil line LMS-II is mainly for TDF flange blanking, meanwhile, it can be used for normal sheet blanking. Matched with Pittsburgh lock former/ TDF folding machine and Angle joints, this duct line can produce very good TDF ducts.

    Duct Manufacturing Auto Line III

    Line III consists of a feeding metal frame, leveler grooving roller, hydraulic notch and punch square machine, Pittsburgh lock and single hem machine, servo motor and folder.

    Duct Manufacturing Auto Line IV

    Line IV consists of a metal feeding frame, leveler and grooving roll. Hydraulic notch and punch square machine, hydraulic shear, movable Pittsburgh lock machine, duplex transverse flange manufacturing machine, and CNC system.

    Line V consists of a metal feeding frame, leveler and grooving roll. Hydraulic notch and punch square machine, hydraulic shear, movable Pittsburgh lock machine, duplex transverse flange manufacturing machine, TDF hydraulic folder and CNC system.
