Product introduction
1.With cut-to-length system, this coil line can match with Plasma cutting machine perfectly.
2.Plate notching for making “C Cleat” or “S Cleat” connection, this coil line will match the corresponding lock formers
3.Plate notching for making TDF flange connection, this coil line will match the TDF flange former and TDF folding machine
4.Plate notching for making Angle-iron Flange connection, this coil line will match the corresponding lock formers
5.Plate notching for making TDC Flange connection, this coil line will match the corresponding lock formers and TDC flange former to produce a whole duct.
Please send us roll forming profile with specifications, thickness and other processing requirements for our customized machine.If you need standard machine, please send us the model you want.
Coil line LMS-II is mainly for TDF flange blanking, meanwhile, it can be used for normal sheet blanking. Matched with Pittsburgh lock former/ TDF folding machine and Angle joints, this duct line can produce very good TDF ducts.
